My parents moved into an Assisted Living Facility after putting their home on the market. She was always professional and courteous. Once the property went under contract, Rosa communicated with me often and worked hard to meet the needs of my elderly parents. Answered previously couldn't have had a better experience

On the first day I approached the Saratoga model home where the sales office is located, I was kinda overwhelmed by not knowing what to expect. When I introduce myself to Ms. Galvez and with questions, right away she knew I was not too well versed in home purchasing. Ms. Galvez took her time and explained to me the steps in purchasing a new home. She even pointed out the pitfalls, pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages, good and bad about purchasing a new home.

Ms. Galvez even took time to give me a crash course in understanding the different loan type, where my money will be going, and how to better maximize my purchasing power. There were no hidden tricks or scheme. Even when I purchased my new home she continued to check on me to make sure all is good. I am very proud of this.
